1. Choose good materials

1.2 Ink fastness

The fastness of the ink is also determined by the quality of the key material resin in the ink. The cost of a 1000ml bottle of ink between a good resin and a cheap resin will be usd2-3, but a good resin can improve the fastness by half a level, which is very important.

Ink flow in the printing process is directly related to the quality of the solvent you choose. We always choose the best German solvent.

1.4 Stability

The shelf life of ink is a very important indicator. 2. Refinement formula

The first focus of the test is fluency.

3.1 Fluency

The fluency of ink is one of the most important indicators of ink. Our test standard is 100% ink volume, continuous printing of 10 meters in full-width color blocks, without continuous line, and the number of broken ink holes is required to be no more than 3 for color ink, and for white ink to be broken. There can be no disconnection, and after re-pressing the ink and cleaning, it will be all-through. In this way, the continuous production of more than 100 meters can be guaranteed during production.
Poor fluency will reduce your production efficiency and increase production labor costs, the amount of ink caused by ink flashing will increase, and the cost of materials will increase.

The above are routine tests. According to customer requirements, Udefine also has some non-standard tests, but very useful test methods:

1. Resistant to scratching

However, the pick-resistant test is a simple method. On the printing part, use the normal force of the nail to pick it 20 times in a row. If the printing part is slightly damaged, it is judged as qualified, and if it falls off in pieces, it is judged as unqualified. Film transfer printing relies on hot melting of rubber powder and adhere to the fabric, if it is not resistant to scratching, the printed part will be easily washed off during the washing process.

2. Stretch

Print 30 mm wide and 250 mm long color strips, cover with white ink and shake powder to dry, forcefully stretch to 2-3 times its own length, it can rebound after relaxation, repeated stretching 4 or 5 times without breaking, and no large area appears hole, judged to be qualified. Ink with good elasticity, after the product is finished, it has good elasticity and is not easy to crack or crack.
